Off-Leash With Kennedy Smith & Martini

Kennedy Smith manifested her dog. The Los Angeles-based marketing consultant — formerly a founding team member at Hill House Home — woke up one day and was “hit with a vision,” as she describes it.

“I was to have a Toy Poodle, all black, and I was to name him Martini,” Kennedy says. "Fast forward to August of 2025: I’m one month engaged and decide, why not have a baby, too? So I emailed the AKC and ultimately got pointed in the direction of Martini, then Toby, a newborn pup living in Louisiana.”

Now 10 months old, Martini is getting ready to see his mom through another major life event: her wedding. Kennedy is preparing to get married this winter at New York City’s Hotel Chelsea.
