Lindsey Solomon, the founder of Lindsey Media and the go-to publicist for fashion's buzziest independent brands, recently welcomed a new member to his intrepid team: Crouton, a two-year-old Jindo-Chihuahua mix. She may not be able to send press releases or coordinate samples, but she’s a pro at adding even more charisma to Lindsey’s distinctly stylish PR firm.

"Since the day I met my fiancé, Pat, all he’s ever talked about is getting a Chihuahua,” Lindsey says. "The fates lined up earlier this year when he saw a dog for adoption on PetFinder. Within the week, Crouton was on a plane from Korea and she stole our hearts. She’s kind, incredibly affectionate, and sharp.”

As Lindsey and Crouton (who also goes by Boobie, Croutini, and Croutini Marie Bob) begin preparing for New York Fashion Week, the pair took some time out of their busy schedules to share their pet peeves, weirdest habits, and their favorite bagel place in New York City.
